Ready · client books your calendar

A booking link asks when. EliteReply helps decide whether.

See it work

See what happens before a client reaches your calendar.

This is the booking page your clients use. A ready request gets your own Calendly or Google Calendar right on the page. A favor waits for your review, and you get an email about it.

Priya fills in Avery's booking page.

Example requests, sped up. EliteReply doesn’t replace your calendar: ready clients book through the Calendly, Google Calendar or other booking link you already use.

The problem

How much time do inbound requests take before you even get to the conversation?

Some requests are ready for a conversation. Some need more detail. Some aren't a fit. Working out which is which takes time.

Estimated from your inputs: 7 requests/week × 30 minutes each × 4.33 weeks.

15
hours a month reviewing requests
About 1.9 working days a month spent working out which requests deserve a conversation.

EliteReply screens requests before they reach your calendar.

How it works

Five steps. You only touch the requests that need you.

How the system works, in real EliteReply screens. Set your preferences once, and every request is screened before it reaches your calendar.

The EliteReply Preferences page: automatic handoff switched on with a Calendly link, a two-business-day reply time, a $2,000 minimum budget, and a live preview of the booking page with Rota.

After screening

Transparent to the client. In control for you.

Automation when you want it. Review when you need it.

For you

Ready requests book. You decide the rest.

  • Automatic handoff is on by default: qualified requests unlock your calendar on your booking page. Turn it off and every request waits for you.
  • Held requests arrive with the reason. Review them, ask the client a question, share your calendar, or reply or decline.
  • Set a minimum budget if you want one. Requests below it wait for you; they're never declined automatically.
  • Your personal contact details stay private unless you choose to share them.
For the client

Simple to submit. Clear about AI.

  • Clients can send a request without creating an account.
  • Rota, the assistant on your booking page, is clearly labelled as AI, so clients know how requests are handled.
  • Clients never see your minimum budget or how their request was screened.

Common questions

The things experts ask first.

01Does EliteReply replace my booking link or calendar?▾
No. You add the scheduling link you already use. Qualified requests unlock it on your booking page: a Calendly calendar appears right on the page, and other scheduling links open as a link. There's no calendar connection to set up.
02How does EliteReply decide whether a request is qualified?▾
It checks three things. Is the request serious and clear? Is it a fit for your headline, expertise and the topics you want? Does the client's budget meet your minimum, if you set one? A request unlocks your calendar only when all three pass. Anything else waits for your review with the reason.
03Can clients book without my review?▾
Yes, when automatic handoff is on, qualified requests unlock your calendar on your booking page. Requests that need your review stay locked until you decide.
04What happens when a request is unclear?▾
Rota, EliteReply's AI assistant, asks the client up to three quick questions right on your booking page, once, then screens the answers. If the request is still unclear, or the client doesn't finish within 24 hours, it comes to you with whatever they shared. You can also ask the client questions yourself.
05What happens to requests that aren't a fit, or are below my budget?▾
They wait for your review with the reason, such as "Only partly matches your expertise" or "Budget is below your minimum". EliteReply never declines a request automatically. These requests still count toward your Free allowance; only spam and junk don't.
06Can I turn automatic handoff off?▾
Yes. Automatic handoff is on by default. Turn it off in your request settings and every request waits for your review.
07What do clients see?▾
Your booking page, with your name, photo and expertise, and a short form. By default it asks what they need, a budget range, and their name and email. You can change the main question, add an intro line, make the budget optional or hide it (unless you set a minimum budget), and add questions for their company, timeline and website or LinkedIn. No account is needed. Clients never see your minimum budget or how their request was screened. Rota, the assistant on your booking page, is clearly labelled as AI.
08How much does EliteReply cost?▾
Free: $0. 15 client requests a month. Spam and junk requests don’t count toward your 15. Your dashboard shows how many you’ve used and when your count resets. Pro: $49/month (or $490/year). Unlimited requests, CSV export of your requests, and no EliteReply branding on your booking page. Cancel any time.
