EliteReply doesn't take payment for calls. If you'd like clients to pay when they book, set it up in the calendar tool behind your calendar link. Your request page works the same way: Ready clients pick a time, and your calendar tool takes the payment.
Calendly
Taking payment needs a paid Calendly plan. Connect Stripe or PayPal in Calendly, then turn on payment for the event type your calendar link opens. Clients pay as they book.
Cal.com
Connect Stripe in Cal.com, or use Cal.com's own payments, then set a price on the event type your calendar link opens. Clients pay as they book.
Other tools
Many scheduling tools can take payment. Check your tool's help pages.
What EliteReply shows
A paid booking shows on the lead like any other booking. Receipts and refunds come from your calendar tool and your payment account, not from EliteReply.
Menus in these tools change from time to time, so follow their own help pages for the exact steps.
