This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how EliteReply LLC (“EliteReply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you access or use the Platform. “Professional” means a person who creates or operates a booking page; “Client” means a person who submits a request through one.

This Policy applies to information associated with Professionals, Clients, and other visitors to the Platform. Privacy rights and obligations may depend on the laws that apply to you; this Policy does not represent that any particular data-protection law applies in every location.

(a) Account and Professional Information. We may collect account identifiers and contact details, such as name and email address, and information a Professional adds to a booking page, such as profile name, biography, expertise, image, and calendar link.

(b) Client Requests. We collect the information a Client submits through a booking page, which may include contact details, request text, budget or timing details, and files or other attachments. We also process request status, triage or scope results, clarification information, and records of the Professional’s actions or outcome.

(c) Usage and Diagnostic Information. When you use the Platform, we may receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device details, pages or features accessed, and related timestamps. The particular information depends on how you interact with the Platform and the technical systems involved.

(d) Pro Subscription Information. Stripe processes Pro subscription payments. EliteReply may receive subscription and transaction identifiers, status, billing interval, and limited payment details made available by Stripe for subscription management and support. Stripe handles payment card entry and processing under its own terms and privacy notices.

(e) Support Correspondence. If you contact us, we process the information you provide so we can respond and keep a record of the inquiry.

(a) Platform Operation. We use account, profile, request, and usage information to provide booking pages, receive and organize requests, operate automated triage and scoping, enable clarification and handoff options, record outcomes, and provide support.

(b) Notifications and Service Communications. We use contact details to send operational messages about accounts, requests, security, and subscriptions.

(c) Pro Billing. We use subscription information to create and manage Pro subscriptions, reconcile billing status, and respond to billing inquiries. Stripe processes Pro subscription payments. EliteReply does not process or hold payments between Clients and Professionals.

(d) Safety, Improvement, and Legal Requirements. We may use information to maintain and improve Platform operation, investigate misuse or security issues, enforce our Terms, comply with legal obligations, and protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Automated systems may assist in reviewing and scoping requests. Information submitted with a request may be processed by service providers that support the Platform. This Policy makes no guarantee about whether information is used by any provider to train or improve its models; consult the relevant provider terms or contact us with questions about a particular processing activity.

(a) Service Providers. We may share information with providers that support hosting, communications, request triage, security, and related Platform operations. The providers and information involved may change as the service changes.

(b) Pro Billing. Stripe processes Pro subscription payments and related billing information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy notices. EliteReply does not use Stripe to process payments from Clients to Professionals.

(c) Booking Pages and Requests. Information a Professional chooses to put on a booking page may be visible to visitors. A Client’s request and attachments are made available to the relevant Professional so they can review and respond. Professionals on Pro can download their requests, including Client names, email addresses and request details, as a CSV file; the Professional is responsible for any copy they download.

We do not share personal data with data brokers or advertising networks.

(d) Legal, Safety, and Business Changes. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect people or property, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

(a) Retention. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Platform, keeping operational and billing records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by information type and circumstance. Closing an account or removing content may not immediately remove all copies from systems or records.

(b) Your Choices and Requests. You may update account information through available account settings or contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices that may apply to you. We may need to verify a request and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

(c) Security. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot promise that unauthorized access will never occur.

(d) Children. The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18.
