How are client requests triaged?

When you submit a request on a professional's booking page, EliteReply screens it before the professional's calendar is reached. Include the context needed to understand your request and the outcome you are seeking.

What happens next?

If something in your request is unclear, Rota, EliteReply's AI assistant, may ask you up to three quick questions right on the booking page. Tap a suggested answer or type your own. If you leave before finishing, you'll get an email with a link to finish later.

If the professional enables automatic handoff, qualified requests unlock their calendar on the booking page. Requests that need review go to the professional, and the booking page tells you how soon they usually reply.

The professional may ask you to clarify your request, provide a message-only handoff, or decline it when applicable. EliteReply records the selected outcome.

Make your request clear

Describe the situation, relevant constraints, and what kind of help you are seeking. If the professional asks for clarification, reply with the missing details so they can decide how to proceed.
