How does triage help professionals?

EliteReply screens incoming requests before they reach your calendar. Qualified requests unlock your calendar on your booking page when automatic handoff is on. Requests that need your review stay locked until you decide.

Rota's questions

When a request is unclear, Rota, EliteReply's AI assistant, asks the client up to three quick questions on your booking page before it reaches you. Your Requests list shows "Rota is checking" with how many the client has answered. If the client doesn't finish within 24 hours, the request comes to you with whatever they shared.

Set your usual reply time in Preferences. When a request comes to you for review, Rota tells the client when to expect your reply.

Review a held request

Read the client's description and decide whether more information or a different next step is appropriate. You can ask for clarification, provide a message-only handoff, or decline the request. Record the outcome in EliteReply.

Keep your request settings current

Free includes 15 client requests a month. Spam and junk requests don’t count toward your 15. Your dashboard shows how many requests you’ve used and the date your monthly limit resets.

Pro includes unlimited requests and removes EliteReply branding from your booking page. Pro also lets you download your requests as a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets. It costs $49 per month or $490 per year when billed annually. Cancel any time from Manage billing in your account.

Review the request details and account settings regularly so the booking page reflects how you currently work.
