Your booking page includes a short form. By default it asks what the client needs, a budget range, and their name and email. You can change it in your dashboard: open Preferences and use the Booking form section. The preview beside it shows the form as clients will see it.
What you can change
- Main question: the label (up to 80 characters) and the example text inside the box (up to 120 characters). Clients still need to write at least 20 characters.
- Intro line: an optional sentence of up to 200 characters shown above the questions.
- Budget: required, optional, or hidden. If you set a minimum budget, the budget question is always required.
- Extra questions: company or organisation, when they want to start (as soon as possible, within a month, in 1–3 months, or just exploring), and website or LinkedIn. Each one can be off, optional, or required.
The client's name and email are always required.
Preview and reset
The live preview shows how the form will look on your booking page as you change it. Changes appear on your booking page within about a minute of saving. Select Reset booking form to go back to the default questions.
How the answers are used
Answers appear on the request in your dashboard and in your new-request email. They are also included, together with the client's description, when EliteReply screens the request. EliteReply does not open the website or LinkedIn link a client enters.
